Tracee Ellis Ross ägnade sitt tacktal till mörkhyade kvinnor

I natt deltog skådespelerskan Tracee Ellis Ross, 44, för första gången vid Golden Globes. Det var första gången som hon var nominerad och hon lyckades ta hem vinsten i sin kategori ”Best Actress in a Television Series Comedy” för sin roll i tv-serien Black-ish.

Sitt tacktal dedikerade hon till alla mörkhyade kvinnor och människor, vars idéer och tankar inte alltid uppskattas och ses som betydelsefulla.

Tracee Ellis Ross är den första mörkhyade kvinnan som vunnit kategorin sedan år 1983. Då var det Debbie Allen som vann kategorin för sin roll i Fame och hon passade på att hylla den nya vinnaren på Twitter.
